Founder's Story
I became a healthcare provider because I love taking care of people. Sitting with patients, listening to their stories, and helping them heal has always been the most meaningful part of my work. But over time, the joy of medicine started slipping away — not because of patients, but because of documentation.
Day after day, I found myself drowning in charts, staying late to finish notes, and bringing work home. I was exhausted, burned out, and at one point even wondered if I could continue in medicine at all.
I knew something had to change. If no one else was going to fix this problem, maybe I could. So, in the evenings after long shifts, I began teaching myself how to code. Line by line, I built the first version of an application I wished I had — something that could listen, understand, and create the documentation for me.
That project grew into ChartWise AI — an intelligent partner that transcribes encounters, organizes notes into structured medical documentation, and frees providers from the endless burden of charting.
ChartWise AI isn’t just software. It’s the result of lived experience — built by a provider, for providers — to help us reclaim our time, reduce burnout, and return to what truly matters: caring for our patients and spending time with friends and family.
